Shipping was fast and product included all parts, etc. The only thing i was displeased with was that though the product was listed as "new", it arrived with large scratches on one side of the stand where the "on stage" label was. I was giving it as a Christmas gift and so I was not happy with that. The receiver of the gift was gracious since the rest of it was still worked well. However I would have appreciated more description in the listing, or if there was, then it could have been more visible.
