Gator 61 Note Keyboard Gig Bag (GKB-61) Review

This is a mid-price, padded keyboard bag that will serve as a carrying case for a small keyboard. It certainly gives you an impression of quality since the nylon canvas bag is thick, it's nicely padded and heavy enough that you'd not afraid to use it to carry a keyboard. It fits a Yamaha CS-30 easily, and it has well designed padded straps to hold it in place. Additionally, there are a pair of external compartments, one a mesh bag and the other hidden behind the mesh bag to hold pedals, cable, and external transformer. It's not big enough to hold a keyboard stand.

Of course, it will take some time to determine if the design and construction hold up to real-world use, but there's nothing that leads me to believe that it won't be tough enough for transporting the keyboard to and from rehearsals and gigs. It's not designed for dedicated touring; you'll want to consider a hard case for that purpose.

Note the actual bag is black, not brown, and there is no large "Gator" logo. But otherwise, it's similar to the picture.
