It's a good stand. It's not rock solid.....but not flimsy either. One discrepancy, it looks like it was designed for 3 electric guitars. 3 acoustics won't fit well. Space between slots is REALLY tight. Ended up banging my acoustics against each other several times when I had all 3 in at once. I only have 2 in right now (one on the far left, and one on the far right).
