Ok, I really want to love this board. The board itself is stellar, very well built and sturdy. The problem is the case. The hard case that comes with this is really poorly designed, and not a true flight case. The sides and tops are particleboard, the rails are aluminum and the corners are chrome plated plastic. It is all held together using little pop rivets. The case is just not up to travel standards. My suggestion is the get the PT-2 with the gig bag for the same price. You get the top notch board and the bag is of higher quality than the case that the PT-1 comes with. If you have the budget space, the Hard Case PT-2 is excellent.
