I'm a guitar teacher of too many (!) years, and I gotta tell ya, I haul this tuner around, attached to my guitars (I have one for both of my guitars I teach with). Super accurate, and durable--haven't had any trouble with either tuner. Only had to replace the button battery on the first one, easy to do. My students think it's cool, when the screen turns green and you know you're perfectly in tune. Works on bass guitars, also--just select it by pushing the button.
